How do I cancel my subscription?
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any briefing email, or email us at support@global-gazette.online.
I didn't receive today's briefing. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, email us and we'll look into it. Briefings are sent daily at 1 PM WIB (6:00 UTC).
When does my free trial end?
Your 14-day free trial starts when you subscribe. You'll receive a notification before your first charge.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — refunds for the first paid month are granted upon request, no questions asked. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
How do I access the archive?
After subscribing, visit the archive page. You must be logged in via the link in your confirmation email.
